Interest in Folly Building
has long diminished - but there’s at least one modern folly
around to prove that the art has not died out altogether!
A retired teacher living in Goring-by-Sea spent more than a year
creating a strange combination of tower, summer house and grotto
in his back garden. It was completed in April 2000.
